Shipping policy
Shipping Within Canada
We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs clearance where applicable, and delivery to remote areas may affect transit times.
Tracking
We will email your tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear. If tracking remains unavailable after that period, contact support@fixedform-canada.com.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where warranted.
These estimates and investigation procedures do not limit any legal rights concerning delayed delivery or cancellation.
Address Corrections
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Email us as soon as you notice an error, preferably within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or dispatch.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or a refund. Any proposed additional shipping charge will be disclosed before you agree to redelivery.
Tracking Shows Delivered, but the Package Is Missing
Check the delivery location, household members, neighbours, and any building reception area. Some carriers update delivery scans early; please check again over the next 48 hours and contact us promptly if the package remains missing.
We will review the carrier’s delivery information and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. A delivery scan alone does not prevent us from investigating your report.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Any taxes or shipping charges collected by our store will be displayed before payment. Any applicable import charges payable by the customer must be disclosed before purchase.
